My iPhone X fell in water, now the screen is black

hello, I hope you are doing good, my question is my iPhone X which I guess is water resistant was fell in a water. the depth of the water was not even more then 10cm. yesterday it was felt in water. now today the screen is black out kindly suggest me what measures should I take in order to make it perfect
