Chrome is not working on my Mac
Hi there Chrome is not working on my mac. I deleted the app and reinstalled. But it doesn't work. Do you have any clue?

Disable any proxy servers or VPNs you have running/configured. Uninstall all third party apps that claim to protect, clean, etc. Uninstall/disable Chrome extensions you have enabled.
Try booting in safe mode as a troubleshooting step.

Hi there thank you for the prompt response. MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), version 10.13.6.
when I open chrome I get a message as "no internet" (I have attached a screenshot) but the internet connection is good.
What does "it doesn't work" mean? Help us to help you by providing details about what is happening, your system environment, computer model/year, error messages, etc.
