Getting my phone replaced
My current iPhone is damaged and needs repair on screen and audio. I find it better if I can get my iPhone replaced. I just do not know how.any help?

Contact Apple Support using the link at the top of this page. I would normally say make a genius bar appointment, but all Apple stores outside of China are closed for 2 weeks. Here is the pricing for that repair—>iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support. You can either wait for the stores to open, or ship the phone to Apple.
