I recently switched from an iPhone 7 (128 gig) to an iPhone 11 (64 gig). I had backed up my iPhone 7 with 110 gigs. Is there a way to delete some stuff on the backup so that I can back up my iPhone 11? I do not have my iphone 7 anymore, I already traded it in.

The backup has to be loaded on a phone to make it smaller. (like deleting stuff)
You have 2 options
Borrow a 128 gb iPhone load the backup, trim it down.
Setup as new and sync what you can from the cloud.

You can also look for a program that can access your backup and then see if it will allow you to delete information from the backup without changing the file so that it cannot be used in a restore.
As a followup on Deggie’s post, iphonebackupextractor.com may be able to do that. It isn’t free, however, and I don’t even consider it’s annual subscription price to be reasonable.
