If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

a computer with itunes is needed and of it's macOS catalina one can do it from finder

if you don't have a computer the computer of a friend, relative, public library or computer store computer would also do the trick
