If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'

Contact Apple Support for help.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.

Hi Hardeep,

Is your Apple ID disabled or have your forgotten the Apple ID / Password?

I am assuming that it is the latter unless you read this post and then come back and tell me otherwise.

Please click here➔to get the Instructions on how to reset your Apple ID password. You will need to answer the security questions that you had set up in the past..

If you mean that you need to reset the passcode because your iPhone has been disabled then click here➔How to reset your passcode if you iPhone is disabled.

If you meant that your account has been disabled at the App Store & iTunes then click here➔to get Apple Support.
