Apple Music explicit content

I have faced the same issue and resolved it. Just go to 'Setting->Screen Time' now you have to turn off the 'Share Across Devices' option. Now clear all the iTunes Store and Apple Music app. Then just open the iTunes Store(try to play any explicit content) it will ask for your permission on explicit content. Please give the permission on explicit content. Now try on Apple Music, it will work. You can now change 'Share Across Devices' setting to any state.
