Downloading Apps in Different Country

Hi, I have recently moved to India from The United States and I have encountered an issue with downloading apps here. I have changed the country and region in settings but the AppStore does not allow me to install apps, it shows that the Apple ID doesn’t work. What do I have to do to install apps here?

You've changed the country, billing address and payment details on the iTunes account : Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support ?
