Apple Watch Series 4 Not Holding Charge

Does apple warranty (Apple Care +) replace an Apple Watch battery that charges, but

only holds a charge for 7 - 8 hours? I have tried all the recommendations

for extending charge life and it only gets worse. At this point the

restrictions I have placed on the Apple watch (series 4) have severely

limited the usage to where I question what is the point of having it. I never experienced this issue when I had my series 3 watch.
