Unable to view share options in iPadOS

I'm trying to print an email attachment in iPadOS. I tap and hold on the attachment and get a quick action menu with Share as an option. I tap Share and it brings up another menu. This menu only shows the name of the attachment and about 1/3 of the 1st row below the name (the row of icons). I can only see the top of the icons. I can scroll, but can still only see about 1/3 of each row so I can't read the options listed below the row of icons either. All I can see is the top of the letters. How do I enlarge this menu so I can see the whole icons and scroll to see all of each of the rows of options below the row of icons? I've attached a pic of the menu that pops up.
