I am an owner of iPhone XS. I'd like to get my battery replaced in official Apple store and I'm wondering if the water resistance will still be the same or if I loosing it automatically.

If the replacement is performed at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider, the iPhone specs (water-resistance included) won’t change.
