Hello, I would like to know how I’m supposed to understand if my iPhone is having a virus...my calendar is full of events not made by me and I can’t delete them so I would like to receive help

Thank you ... I actually managed to delete the events by tapping passwords and accounts and there was an email account which I deleted
but I’m still a bit worried because I opened the link which was inside 😬
