Ever since I just did the update on my Apple Watch my battery life is terrible and drains quickly. Pretty coincidental that it happened right after update
If its been a week and your battery life is dramatically effected, as it won’t last a day, contact Apple Support. Otherwise, you may want to try some tips from this article: https://www.apple.com/batteries/maximizing-performance/
If you also own a Mac, there seems to be a bug in connection with iCloud surrounding the ‘TrustedPeersHelper’ process. Check once your activity monitor on your Mac and see if there’s such a process popping up. Also check your watch’s diagnostic logs (Watch App). If yes, I have a solution over at:
How long ago did you do the update? Battery life typically dips for around 2 days after an update is installed as your Watch has some background processes running and needs to reconfigure. If it’s been going on for longer than about 3 days, I’d contact Apple Support.
