Try a forced restart of your 7, using these instructions:—> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If you get no improvements, Have your iPhone checked at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. It could be also a battery problem, but we can’t diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
