Disabled account

When I try to set up my payment method on iTunes on my phone it keeps telling me my account has been disabled and it’s not allowing me to set anything up. What should I do?

According to: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

"When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help."
