iOS 13 update error

I can’t use my iPad at all because every time I try to activate it it fails and I don’t have access to a computer so I’d like my iPad back please

When you say that the update fails, can you please provide any error messages that you receive? If you are attempting to update over the air, directly from the iPad, see this for additional help, Get help with over-the-air iOS updates - Apple Support


If the device is updated and you are not able to activate it after that, please provide that error.
