Flights Climbed counting when no stairs were climbed
Why is my watch saying I have 4 flights climbed, when I have no flights of stairs actually climbed? How do I fix this?

You’ve likely changed enough elevation and quickly enough to get stairs listed.
I’d routinely get “stairs” on forest hikes.
There’s no setting for that.
