I really want the photos/videos from my iphone 11 to stop showing up on my ipad and the photos/videos from my ipad to stop showing up on my iphone! I checked the setting of both devices and the "Upload to My Photo Stream" toggle is turned off on both. I have tried turning the toggle on then off again, restarting my devices and still can't get the photos to stop sharing. Why??? Do I need seperate icloud accounts for each device?

You should not have to create separate Apple IDs for each device.

I do have iCloud photos enabled. I’d like to keep it on to back up the photos on both devices, I just don’t want the devices to share photos between each other. Is this possible?
