Pairing my 5th Generation with Defunc true go earbuds
I’ve tried pairing my earbuds to my iPhone 11 which works perfect,y, but I can’t seem to pair them with my iPad. I’ve rebooted the iPad. Any suggestions?

Those earbuds use Bluetooth 5.0. You have not told us what model iPad you have. Recent iPads have Bluetooth 5.0, but that is a fairly recent addition to Apple’s iPad repertoire.
It’s an iPad 5th generation
The iPad Fifth Generation (9.7”) uses Bluetooth 4.2.
