Greetings! I had an iPhone 6 Plus and I lost it so I locked it on “find my iPhone” so I got it back but months later and I forgot my Apple ID and password. How do I get back in?

If you cannot remember your passcode, you can restore the device. However, at that point you need your Apple ID and password. If you cannot remember them, you are going to have to try and recover them. See this to start with. If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support
