I have been unable to sign in to my Messages or FaceTime for about a year now.

It still tells me that I cannot sign in and that there was an error in the activation. I have updated my mac in every way possible, reset the nvram, signed in and out, and checked date and time settings. There is no other trick that I can try to fix this problem and it is really frustrating because I miss using my mac to message and facetime. Please help!
