time machine issu

Hi ya'll,

Today i was trying to backup with time machine but is not working.

I have used my HD WD Elements, like always, it was visible form Time Machine and also in Utility Disco but seems it's not visible in my devices list.

When i have run the backup, Time Machine said that the device is not connected, when actually it was and was turned on.

I really have no idea how to fix the problem.

Could someone help me??

Thanks in advance.
