Why does it say I need to update safari all the time

You should never get a message about updating Safari, which is included with the current IOS update. Any message that says you must update Safari is a scam, probably to steal your identity.

I’m assuming you mean on your iPhone, because you posted to an iPhone forum.

You are probably visiting a website that isn't set up for iPhone access through Safari.

Does this site have an iOS app?
