Got unsolicited, automated phone call claiming to be Apple Security from this number (****.4377). Would love to know if this is legit or another scam attempt.

It is a scam call. Apple doesn't make unsolicited phone calls. Also note that virtually all scam and telemarketing calls use spoofed phone numbers and the number displayed is not the number actually originating the call.
