This is My iPhone (6 ) info:
it has been protected by activation lock. As I do not have the Apple ID and the password which has been used to setup my iPhone at first I couldn’t do anything. I would be great full if i could taken your time to solve my matters.

You will need the original sales receipt from Apple or an authorized retailer.
If you bought the phone used or from an unauthorized retailer, you're out of luck. Recycle it. There is no way to bypass the activation lock.

What should I have to proof this device is belong to me?
You will need the Apple ID and Password that was used to activate it during setup. If you do not have that information then you will not be able to use it. If you have proof of purchase from Apple made out to your name then an Apple Store may be able to help you. If you have one near you then please call them for more information.
