Unfortunately you cannot unlock your iPad from your iPhone. You will need to connect it to iTunes to reset its passcode. Here is how to reset your iPad's passcode If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
