Video won’t play on my iPhone 11 pro max.

Why does my iPhone 11 Pro Max always not play videos in any application? Whether it’s Facebook clips, YouTube clips, even if I film something, anything that requires playback of video, just continually shows the loading circle ⭕️, and nothing happens. It is on iOS 13.3, and I have to force close the app, switch off the phone, and turn it back on. Every day. I’m paying for a premium product, why am I getting buggy ****?
