I get there’s an error loading the content message when I try to airplay Apple TV+ shows to my gen 2 Apple TV. Is this apple forcing us to buy newer equipment? All other videos will airplay. And I can airplay the same shows to my gen 3, just not gen 2.
Apple TV+ is not compatible with Apple TV (2nd generation), not even for AirPlay.

That’s absolutely bogus. I can airplay almost every other video type from my phone on that Apple TV. Love their products, hate how they operate on certain levels.
