iPhone 7plus fails every answered call . Please help.

My iphone7plus immediately fails all incoming and out going calls. On incoming calls, as soon as I Accept the call it fails. On out going, it fails as soon as it’s answered by the other party. I’ve completely reset the phone to no avail. Please help.
