Unable to set Safari home page

When I open Safari settings under General, the fields where I can set a specific home page are dimmed and I cannot change the home page. It is currently set to Google search engine page. It's like I'm locked out of Safari settings.

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.13

Check System Preferences/Profiles and delete any you don’t recognize.


Safari Homepage setting greyed out
