lost apple id
I have an iPad that belongs to an older person, I forget his apple ID and password, how can I reset the device to create a new apple id?
Apparently he had the function to find my iPad enabled

If necessary, if have the original owner take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
