Locked out of my iphone

i borrowed my friend my old iphone and she changed the password so now it’s disabled and will not connect to itunes.

If it is disabled, then see this for removing the passcode, If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
