How can I copy Compressor (V. 4.3.2) custom export settings
to another Mac, where FCPX & Compressor are also installed?
Some look like this:
I had done this in 2012, when the ending of the settings files were ".setting".
When I drag one of these settings to the Desktop, it becomes a ".cmprstng" file!!
And how do I import on the other Mac?

So just copy from this folder to that folder on the other Mac
and the settings are available to use?
You’ll have to relaunch the application of course.
