i received for more than one week notifications from calendar app that i need to do something and my iPhone is in the risk, also in same notifications there is a website ( https://important-notices.com/pwSIB ) that i need to open it to protect my iPhone as they said ..
so what is the problem? And how can I solve it?

Unsubscribe from the calendar which you may have subscribed. Or remove any third party calendar app you may have installed
