How to change marker color for comments

Is it possible to change to color of the marker for comments in Numbers? I have limited vision and find it hard to see the yellow marker against the white background.

iMac 27", macOS 10.14

So it would be nice to have more flags or other ways to increase the choice. What other flags are there available? How to change the yellow on the Notes App Is there a way to change the default yellow color on the notes app? I can change the color of the words but not the checkboxes, etc.
