iPhone 11 Pro Camera Issue

Hi, I have the iPhone 11 Pro and the video is pretty much unusable at night. There seems to be dots of light jumping around all over the place. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2QKPY9f0Jp0 and then in other shots the lens flare is really bad.

I'm told by someone that this is a manufacturing fault with the lens coating or camera alignment from a particular manufacturing plant.

Anyway, is this what I should expect or is it a fault? This is my second one with the same issue and I have 5 days to return it.

I have many phones and Canon & Nikon cameras and these other 'Pro' cameras don't have this.
