about to verify apple support

I have lost my iPhone X 3 months ago and someone is WhatsApp me like below

and I want to confirm that is this guy is really from Apple support or not,

because when I login my appleid using that link, I got email that someone is login your apple id using Windows system but I have macbook, and my iPhone X is not visible to my iCloud find my phone app

so please help me for this question
