My phone won’t vibrate when i get calls and it’s on vibrate. It does when i get messages and i checked and the vibrating option of when i get calls is on yet it never vibrates.

I was able to fix the same problem by going to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ring Tone > Vibration. I changed it from None to Alert. I had already enabled Vibrate on Ring and Vibrate on Silent, which had not solved the problem. It took this extra step.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having trouble with your iPhone vibrating for an incoming call, although vibration is working correctly for messages.

Take care.
Turn off Power save mode.
Move ringer on side of phone to see if will vibrate.
Power OFF phone with General - Shut Down, and turn back on.
Settings > Sounds & Haptics - TRUN off and back on slowly vibrate settings.
Restore with iTunes.
