Make arrangements to have the phone evaluated:


Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple


You generally can't do anything about hardware damage, no matter how often you put it in DFU mode.

Let's try to restore it.


The following URL will instruct you on how to enter Recovery Mode since a normal restore likely will fail if it keeps restarting itself.

There is a deeper way that I am not allowed to post a URL for but you can Google search it if the above Recovery Mode fails. IT is called "DFU mode" and you could simply Google "how to put iPhone into DFU mode" and find tutorials there. It is similar to Recovery Mode but it is a deeper and more diagnostic way to restore an iPhone with a clean firmware and software.
