The apple logo fades away red, help?!

How can i fix this issue i haven't used or charged my watch in at least 10 months and now the only thing it shows is this:

Click on the Contact Support link in the top right of this page to start the service process. If it hasn't been used in 10 months the battery has most likely failed.
