I have bought iPad. I used iCloud on my phone. And then I have seen, that I have copies of all my pictures on iPad, I have deleted them. And I decided to turn off ICloud on my phone. And then I have seen that all my pictures had been deleted everywhere. What should I do?

If you turned off iCloud after you deleted the photos, unless they are in the recently deleted folder (where photos go for 30 days after you delete them to give you time to restore them if you choose) they are gone.
