Contact your cellular carrier and see if they’ll remove it, if this is a cellular carrier lock.

The Apple Activation Lock is an anti-theft and anti-loss protection, and can only be removed by Apple, or by the owner that set the Activation Lock.

Why? Beeing Factory unlocked normally means you can use a sim card from any carrier with it.

Removing the Factory unlock means you want to lock it to a single carrier, why do you want to do that?

What exactly is wrong? Or what are you looking to accomplish?
