iOS 12 and up. You have an iPhone 6 so unfortunately Memojis will not work on an iPhone 6 because it does not have a true depth camera. To create Memoji, you need Apple's Message app, iOS 12 software or later, and an iOS device with the TrueDepth camera system (i.e., the iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max)
