I try to do the reset and it turns red like its supposed to then goes back to spinning white. It won’t connect to my phone either.

It’s used. In following the instructions exactly it wouldn’t connect to my iPhone. So after multiple tries I attempted to reset. After 15minutes of following exact reset instructions and watching videos on how to do it, AND having someone else try doing everything also, the white circle continued to spin. The RED circle will not stay red long enough to complete the reset.
If none of the steps helped then your only option is to see about returning it for a refund.
There is nothing else to suggest you can try.
