Hi, I have iPhone 8. I purchased it through T-Mobile. I already paid off its cost. I moved from US to republic of Georgia. I would like to ask you to unlock my iPhone in order me to use it in the republic of Georgia.

Apple doesn't unlock phone, T-moblie does.

If it is locked to T-Mobile, you will need to contact them to get it unlocked. Only the carrier can do that.
