iPhone 11 got wet and my earpiece speaker doesn't sound good

I have an Iphone 11 and it got wet, I dried it but my earpiece speaker doesn't sound good (it's like humming when low tonalities play. That was yesterday but today the sound is better but still damaged, now i turned off my phone and put it in a bag of rice and I'll wait the rest of the day. Any other advice or suggestion please?

Rice does nothing. And, as sapper noted, can cause problems. I've seen it stuck in charging ports.

Put the phone somewhere warm and dry. Leave it there for several days until it has had a chance to try completely. Then, plug it in. If it comes on, great. Back it up immediately. Even if it comes on, there may be damage and it may not work for long.

If it doesn't, leave it on the charger for 20-30 minutes. If it hasn't come on by then, it's not going to. Make an appointment with Apple to discuss your options:

Rice can probably enter the speaker vents. A better alternative is silica gel desiccant that will absorb any moisture that has entered the device. Failing those two plans, the next thing to do is to get it to accredited Apple repairer. That could take a week to 10 days if it has to be away from you.

Silica gel comes in a variety of bag sizes, but these my suit your needs: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/100-x-1g-Packets-Silica-Gel-Sachets-Desiccant-Pouches-Retail-Wholesale-Dry/162770640999?_trkparms=aid%3D555018%26algo%3DPL.SIM%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D61047%26meid%3D28633c34bc314d7fb11a9e79f3e16b30%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D4%26rkt%3D12%26mehot%3Dpf%26sd%3D120789353533%26itm%3D162770640999%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D0%26pg%3D2047675&_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851
