Cellular Update Failure

Hello, my iPhone 7 will not update the cellular data so I’m stuck with no service. I’ve tried resetting my phone but only worked for a short amount of time. I also properly took out the SIM card and putting it back in. I have even went to my cellular service company and there was nothing they could do. I’m hoping you can help me solve my problem.

If you followed the first one, then check the second one. The second one is about a replacement program if your iPhone meets the criteria. Coming here won't help you with that.

I have that’s how I got here in the first place but the information that was given to me from there did not work.
