three finger drag
I just got a MacBook Air and I couldn't find an option for a three-finger drag to the window. Is this still available?
With my old Mac I am able to use three fingers to drag a window anywhere in my screen.

System Preferences > Accessibility > Pointer Control
Click "Trackpad Options".
Click inside the pop-up box next to Enable dragging and choose "three finger drag".
Click "OK"
