Apple Music - Family Sharing not working for Nadine & Marc

Good morning,

hope you are doing well.

Nadine and Marc, part of the family sharing of Gaëlle, Emile and I (Muriel) are not being able to share the family sharing apple Music Subscription.

We followed all the steps (they tried joing apple music through the settings, we made sure their apple ID is the same as iCloud and iTunes etc) it still doesn’t seem to work on both devices.

Can you please support on this issue?
