I bought a used series 4 apple watch. The previous owners apple iD is attached to the watch. I don't have their id to remove the watch. I can't contact the previous owner to do it. Is there anything that I can do to unattach their iD from the watch and pair the watch with my apple iD? Help me please.....I don't want a useless watch

You cannot do anything without the apple id that set the watch up originally,you have got an expensive paperweight.
Bought used watch and the previous owner's Apple ID is attached to it
